The lipstick formula is slightly moisturizing, but if your lips are super dry, it may not be able to keep your lips hydrated for long. It does not have a thick or waxy kind of feel. I can feel the presence of the lip color on my lips, but it does not bother me as such. The lipstick is comfortable to wear, but I would not say that it is too lightweight. It has a tendency to transfer a little, but it does not have a heavily transferring formula. The lipstick is smudge proof and does not budge at all.
